• Free accounts are limited to 1 resume

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, including resume data, personal information, and uploaded documents.

Our Service: ReForgedCV, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

License: By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service (e.g., AI parsing, storage).

• We do not guarantee job placements or interview success
• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical issues
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. For users in the EU, GDPR and other applicable regulations take precedence over conflicting terms.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
