Put license, state, and endorsements in the header

Write it in full: "Licensed Elementary Teacher — Illinois PEL, Grades K–6, ESL Endorsement". District systems filter on state and endorsement strings, and abbreviations alone frequently fail to match.

Use growth data, not activity lists

"Taught reading and math" describes the job title. Percentage of students meeting growth targets, intervention outcomes, and assessment gains are what principals compare — cite the measure and the period.

Name your frameworks and platforms

MTSS, RTI, PBIS, IEP, Google Classroom, Seesaw, and your curriculum program are all literal keyword matches. Use the acronym and the expansion once so both forms are searchable.
